Yes, many times but l used the coffee to water lurking plants in pots!!

I'm very proud of myself for giving up cigarettes 10 years ago.

To give up anything else would be a doddle compared to that.

However I do enjoy my Kenko coffee with sugar & cream - about 6 a day - and my evening glass of wine with dinner.

I would hate to give them up but I'm not going to!

Crisps are my besetting sin! Used to eat 3 or 4 packets a day - now restricting myself to one (large) packet a week. Current favourites being the Co-op's own 'West Country Cheddar and Red Onion Chutney' - yummy.
