How many thousands marched before the health and social care act was forced on everyone? It achieved nothing.

There will be many nurses, doctors and other healthcare workers. Normal people who live normal lives and try to do a good job despite massive pressures and restrictions caused by the disastrous health and social care act. Even the health minister could not defend what the Government has done to the NHS during tonight's parliamentary debate. He completely lost his cool and would not allow the opposition to speak at one point.

I think it depends upon who they are and what they are protesting about.

I wouldn't describe the NHS protesters as 'the great unwashed'.
