We usually have sandwiches for lunch and our main meal in the evening about 6ish tonight it is fish I think, in fact looking at the time, I had better do more than think about it!

Just had salmon, brown rice and salad followed by some grapes, almonds and walnuts and then a yoghurt. Really delicious but then spoilt the healthy eating by devouring half a bag of liquorice allsorts (who put those in the cupbmoard??? Luckily I have always been slim but better walk an extra half a mile tomorrow just to make sure.
Anyone got an aero bar, really could polish one off right now.
