Son no2 went back this morning-missing him already the dog missing him too.
The lamb was delicious yesterday,have some left for lunch today.
Much colder today,typical bank holiday Monday!

Had a few snow showers earlier on-sunshine now but cold.
Cleaning the cooker on the agenda this morning,a job I don't relish doing.

We had a small snow shower but sun is coming out now . Strange weather
Karen called yesterday with all sorts of goodies for me .She had been down the Cemetery with flowers for my grandson Sean , he died on Easter Sunday 33yrs ago aged 4 months

We had a blizzard smack on time at 1 pm but it didn't last long and now all is green again. Poor little lambs, bet they had a shock. It's so cold in my living room - fine at the back of the house in the sunshine.

Not so cold this morning.
Asked my son to get me some compost last week-turned up yesterday with two bags of top soil!Will probably find some use for it.
Great British Sewing Bee is back next Wednesday-Sue.

I spent a few minutes yesterday trying to find the GBSB time on the box and then realised that it must be starting NEXT Wednesday. Duh!

Load of washing dried outside - after chasing a pair of trousers that had detached itself in the wind. Cake made and Rob has had his second jab.
All well with the world, but by gum it is cold!

Sad news about Prince Philip. I feel for the Queen. Wonder if Harry and Meghan will be coming over for the funeral.?
