Nothing special this evening. Just some noodles with some prawns, and a spoonful of Thai red curry paste stirred in. Yummy.

My main meal of the day is usually at lunchtime.

Today-Roast leg of pork with home grown carrots,cavalo nero and potato/celeriac mash.

One day my wife might be able to eat again-in the mean time I keep my hand in

Cheeky! Might have a cadbury's flake tonight - 3 for 80p in garage. It's a good job I'm slim otherwise I would be very fat - if you see what I mean

Watercress salad, cold chicken, brown rice followed by black grapes, some almonds, walnuts and brazil nuts, ending with strawberry yoghurt with fresh strawberries thrown in.
Now - where's the chocolate?

Monday is No Cook day: liverwurst on rye with mustard sandwich, fresh spinach and crisps. Bit of mousse cake for dessert.
