It used to be ok to tie dogs up outside a supermarket but now so many dogs get stolen I would not risk it.

I always used to tie up my two English Setters outside the supermarket whilst I shopped on the way home from a walk.

I visited a lovely pub for lunch a few weeks ago where the landlord's two large Boxer dogs had free roam and were very popular with the customers. I also visit a cafe in Hove where my dog is welcomed in.
