Glad some of you like my silly humour , I find the video so funny , it's daft and innocent and hurts no one . I've just watched it again and laughed . Great guys

Comedy is very selective. People used to rave about Tony Hancocks humour but his jokes never went further than his lips because his eyes never expressed any humour at all.

This is why I so enjoyed Dave Allen whose eyes would twinkle as he was talking.

I liked dave Allen he was a clever bloke and so dry . Was that alcohol he would drink during the show ?

No drink on stage

He would sit on a stool, cigarette in hand, sipping a drink (it was ginger ale) and delivering clever and funny monologues. His gentle voice and subtle wordplay belied controversial comedy.
