That's good to know Wrinkly - if legumes form part of your diet, would that help to prevent stones as well do you think?

Yes I believe a dose of legumes a day with help anybody, if you nip to the health forum and read the ladies link it will come clear.
All my family are going on a daily dose, before it happens is obviously better than waiting till it happens.
