Jem, you seem to know quite a lot about Doing Franking, it certainly sounds similar.

We had a highly trained group for the Hampshire Dwile Flonking and we were asked to demonstrate the activity in the grounds of Lord Montagu's estate at Beaulieu in the New Forest.. This was in the late 1960s & a moment in my life I feel immensely proud of . .

Drat this PCs spellchecker........ I meant Dwang Faking of course, & not Doing Franking.

Yes Robert my spell checker went to bed early with a headache, I meant to say "Dwang Fanking" not Faking, anyway whatever they were doing in Kerry , be it Frank Ling the chinaman, or Frank Thing the monster, it is highly illegal over here now, the health and safety crowd again I believe, messing about with sore but harmless old traditions.

Roxanne is my middle name and most people call me Rox, both on and offline. I always hated my first name....even though you can't get more Scottish than it.

No foolin Rox - love your name - have a friend Roxy, its a good strong name.... Dont mess with Roxy ! Its also a sexy name, imagine Jean Harlow, Marilyn etc - playing the part of 'Rox' !

Only my Mum and my sisters call me by my first name these days and I always have to grit my teeth and try not to growl....I much prefer Rox..
