Isn't it against the law to have sex with a minor ? And I don't care if she was promiscuous or not, he is the adult, he should know better.

There has been new evidence that has seen the need for the original case to be dismissed, i will await to see if justice has been done or not.

I wasn't talking about Ched Evans..that was rape which is illegal also, ok, "alleged rape" for those that believe him innocent...I was talking about the guy in the opening post.
