You ought to get your blood checked for anaemia which would go towards your feeling the cold and your tiredness. The thirst is a bi-product of your diabetes - I keep a large bottle of water by my bed just for that reason so when I go on my nocturnal micturations I take a good swig from the bottle at the same time.
So do I Judd, but that doesn't seem to be working at the moment.
I am not good so going back to the doctors at 10.50. I haven't slept and despite getting my blood sugars back to a good level I am still very dehydrated.
