Tara, l agree about loud music, especially in shops while l'm trying to concentrate!

I am normally a very laid back person but real relaxation to me, is to sit on a rock in a secluded place and look out to sea!
It's just a shame l don't live near to it!

Sitting on a rock looking at the sea is extremely pleasant, and I often do that on the occasions I have been back to my home island.

Well for heaven's sake be careful. You know what you have said before about you impulse spending.
Best of luck if it is what you really want though.

When you understand this you can change yourself instead of expecting the other person to change.

I thought that quite interesting.
We should all learn from that especially next time Gravyarse starts a thread

This won't be impulsive....it'll be a calculated investment.

I've never failed in a business venture....hope I'm not tempting fate.

Re: Laid back

Totally relaxed ? Either sitting in the garden at our caravan Labrador laying on my feet chihuahua asleep in my arms, watching the bees visit the flowers and the bumble bee that lives in a hole in our lawn coming and going for his little home.

Or laying in bed in the van listening to rain on the roof, and the rest of the family snoring gentle.

I love laying in bed with my windows open a tiny bit, listening to the rain as well Julie.

Me too and that for me is one of the joys of living alone, I can do as I please without having to consult anyone .

I am probably most relaxed when out on my daily walks .

Re: Laid back

I think I'd be least relaxed living alone, at my age I'd be pushed to get a full time job and trying to work to keep my own flat etc. It would be very stressful for me.

It's funny how different we all are.
