I watched it a few times way back when I still had a TV. The presenter was a Scottish woman - Kay Adams (?) - and she kept things well under control. There were interesting guests as well, and good debates - not just fat has-beens whinging on about their own little lives.

I also agree with Tabs that it was better when Kay Adams was on it, she was a level headed woman with good debate
