Tomorrow my son is off to spend the day 'gaming' at a venue in Cardiff, so have just made him one of his favourite treats but with a twist. Home made scotch eggs, but have made the coating by mincing two pork steaks and two rashers smoked streaky, then 'squidging' this mixture together with about five inches of black pudding, then doing the usual of covering soft boiled eggs with this mix then breadcrumbs and deep frying.

Having read all these posts..they sound delicious but it would be interesting to know what is the worst thing you've ever eaten?

Mine was baby camel, at an Algerian wedding..big lumps of yellow fat with 3 inch hairs sticking out of it!!

We have just had Egg Salad.

I don't fancy Camel Lilac.

The only thing I wouldn't eat is 'BRAINS'.

Not quite sure yet what I'll have for dinner .... either tortellini alla carne or if I feel like it maybe chicken paprika with rice .... decisions .. decisions! For lunch though I'm definitely having some of the lovely Hungarian rustic wholemeal bread lathered with Rondele Ail de Garonne cream cheese and a cucumber salad.

Today we are having Thai Chicken Curry and Singapore Noodles, maybe some Bombay Potatoes with it.
