No - just on the big screen at home.

Huge fan of Jon Voight, watched him in ' The Rainmaker ' with Danny DeVito and Matt Damon the other nite on dvd.

Tonite will be 'Carnage ', one of my favorites, with Kate Winslet, Jodie Foster and Christop Waltz.

I love black comedies.

Me too. I saw it on TV. Never go to the cinema. Loved it.

Saw Bridge of Spies yesterday...... based on a true story of the Cold War when the Berlin Wall was put up.....Tom Hanks was the main player and was very good.

Re: Film - the most recent you have seen?

I saw Philadelphia for the second time on TV last week. I like Tom Hanks a lot, and the scene when he's explaining his favourite Maria Callas aria is so moving and spellbinding. Wonderful acting. Apparently, Tom Hanks is the most trusted man in the US! He's been described as the new Jimmy Stewart, but all I know is, he has had some great roles and looks - well - normal and not boringly handsome like George Clooney.

Re: Film - the most recent you have seen?

I've just been watching an old film - in black and white - called Two Way Stretch.
It stars Peter Sellers, David Lodge, Bernard Cribbens, Irene Handel, Wilfred Hyde White, and lots of the old comedy actors that you would recognise even though you've forgotten their names.
Lional Jeffries - remember him? He is absolutely hilarious.

This is the type of comedy where you laugh out loud.

Eeee, they don't make 'em like this anymore.

Maleficent, saw it on DVD Monday evening, had seen it in the cinema also when it first came out. The story line was excellent & the special effects.
A different take on the Sleeping Beauty story.

No they don't, Britain made so very good films in the B&W days.
