People who do not have change ready when they board the bus. They could have easily taken the time to do so while standing and waiting for the bus. Women are especially notorious for this; they then get on the bus and rummage around for 5 minutes in their suitcase size purse's. In the meantime she makes everyone on the bus wait for her. GRRRR

Here in London, bus drivers haven't taken cash for near 20 years. It's all plastic swipe. Vrooom away we go with exaggerated jerky movements amusing the driver no end. They love to see the clientele on the floor
