Or too long. I plug mine into my lap top and it stays on my desk. About 6 inches (150mm) would be enough.

That's annoying. We had a rewire, all ours were so low.

This is a pic of what my son bought in a service station on the way to London. It was on offer.
I can't find the actual one so this pic is similar. You charge it by USB, then it is a charge bank for your phone. Very handy as taking pics on your phone drains the battery. It is suitable for all makes of phone.
