mmm Lamb Rogan Josh sounds divine, if you buy it in a jar, it taste really horrid, I'm glad you are cooking it from scratch.

Today I have marinated Chicken cubes, ready to make Chicken Tikka with cubed fried potatoes and bakebeans.

Christmas lunch in Glasgow today. Ten of us. Then depending how long we're out, maybe a bag of chips later ;- . And two pickled onions

Doing a roast dinner. Sausage meat and stuffing just finishing off in oven, then I'll put the potatoes, parsnip, turnip, and kohl rabi in when the first bit is finished. They've been parboiled already.

Home made soup from yesterday for lunch,(lentils,carrots,turnip,leek,potatoes,ham,) I may need a knife & fork as well as a spoon! ;~)

Rest of ham, potatoes & mixed veg' for dinner.
