In the ad for the BBC's new program Twelve dancing Princesses, I think Marc Bolan sings the song, "I was dancing when I was twelve...", I always thought the way he said 'dancing' wasn't quite right for a pop star, he says "I was dawncing" like a BBC newsreader from back in the 50's and not what you'd expect from a boy expelled from school at 15 for bad behaviour,. My younger brother was a great fan of his and I used to slag him about it, always made me smile when I used to hear that song, I'm sure he must be very tired if he's been dawncing since he was twelve, give yourself a rest me boy. God rest his soul, he's well rested now.
