but whenever I have been helped out, and back in a position to be able, I have always made a gesture of thanks, and never ever forget the person(s) that help me. It's called gratitude.

Not for the PR Company, if they can't/couldn't get her on BB, then they are not too good then, although PR and Agent are two different kettles of fish, and why shouldn't she try to play the media line, tbh if I was offered 10+ grand to go on, I may well consider it.
