The ozone layer is repairing itself. The focus now is on the greenhouse effect, co2 emissions.

You also have to bear in mind the sun is gradually expanding and rising in temperature.

I still maintain it's a natural phase.
Being cynical, anything "green" or potentially so, is a good money spinner....

I agree, Annie. Lots of ideas and input from us, with no one to step up to the plate and begin to move forward.

Nothing will ever get done while we remain a monetary based society (world).
I believe we've had the technology to produce free energy for years. It won't happen all the time we are controlled by money / greed.

A lot of so called "green" tech & equipment is far from such.
People have been duped into buying (expensive) air to water heat pump systems for their homes for example. They are far from it in practice.
Great for the manufacturers & installers though....

But surely moving from a money based society means taking away basic freedoms?

I don't know what the answer is Annie.
But mark my words, it'll be a long time before anything that can produce free energy enters the market. It will be suppressed for as long as possible.

Just imagine the explosion! Perhaps not - it is nearly bedtime.
