It's going to be eggs for my tea
Poached, scrambled or fried, what will it be
No dubt there'll be toast
Poached on toast, I love the most
And the eggs - I will have three.
It's blowing a gale and raining now
But it'll be good for the grass anyhow
It might even turn green
Without weeds in between
But I really doubt that somehow.
