Lunch was garlic butter and cheese toasty which while rather calorific was delish.
Doing some salmon and veg for dinner for meat eaters and I am having a grilled mushroom and veg.

Lunch was a packed lunch in the park. Tuna mayo and red onion sandwiches.

Today we are having Hunters Chicken (Chicken Breasts wrapped in bacon with BQ sauce, Roast Potatoes, Roast Parsnips, Baked Onion, Brussels & Swede.

Lentil soup for lunch and a spiced chicken (from a recipe in the Tesco magazine) for dinner.
