Hi Jazzi, why dried ingredients, use fresh carrots, potatoes and fresh coriander and onions, veg. stock, s & p. Liquidize.


Today its Braising Steak, which I have just put in the oven for lunchtime.

Dried coriander, so I can choose to make it when I have the time with other fresh ingedients. Do you add milk at all?

Brunch will be bacon and sausages on rolls.

Haven't even thought about dinner yet, but perhaps just cheese on toast.

Tonight we are having grilled sausages,courgette and carrot bake[made by my own fair hand] and sprouts. We very rarely eat potatoes.

I had a turkey and egg salad for lunch. Then yogurt and tasteless strawberries

Dinner was grilled steakburger and oven chips.

I had a scone and coffee at Dobbies at lunchtime (as I was on a day off work) and for dinner tonight pizza, chips and coleslaw.
