sticky pork ribs and roasted Med. veg - perhaps some rice if the veg doesn't look enough. James Martin's recipe, where you poach the ribs first - makes them deliciously tender without getting dried out.
Not my favourite, ribs, but Mr DM likes them and he's taking me out to lunch tomorrow, so I'd better be nice to him

Had cheesy beans on toast for lunch, then tonight will have a scotch pie, with boiled potato, carrots, peas and a little bit of gravy.

MMM cheesy beans Jazzi...youre giving me ideas now ...thanks I was just sitting here wondering what Id like to have...cheesy beans on toast sounds like a winning menu to me lol .....so its sorted!!!
