Correction. I am not now doing a Courgette and wotsit pie.

Sainsbury's have just delivered my order, and instead of delivering the 2kg of courgettes I ordered, they have sent me two measly individual courgettes.

So I shall have to think again.

Re: What are you having for lunch/dinner?

For lunch I had another roast beef dinner. Blimming tasty it was.

I roast my sweet potato.

Probably toast or soup this evening, or cheese and crackers.

Just been to Sainsburys for a bottle of cider. Managed to spend >£14 as well! . Didn't realise I had none, as tomorrow will be doing the pork, apple and cider casserole in the slow cooker. That'll keep me going for a few days, and freeze any that's left over. Should I be able to find room.

Have removed two chicken breasts from freezer - they are now quietly defrosting, later this morning will either do chicken casserole or stir-fry depending on what I fancy later on.
