Got seriously side-tracked yesterday so didn't manage to cook Gammon joint, but will do today.

Doing chicken nuggets chips and baked beans as a treat for Grace as she is bringing home friends today, I have a vegetable pie I found in bottom of freezer to use up, Steven is not well today so doesn't fancy anything.

I can report the Gammon joint I cooked earlier today - was absolutely delicious!!! - yes there's some left so I could cut some more for lunch tomorrow, or I could have some in the pan, with eggs, mushrooms, sausages and black pudding for breakfast. Decisions, decisions!!!
