Welcome back, Uncle Joe! Transition from a hospital bed with all it's u beaut gadgets to home bed is a bit of a painful problem at first. Look after yourself and use that drug wisely! Don't want you tripping over somewhere! Continued good progress to you!

Welcome back Uncle Joe great to see you back on here. Now its the recovery process which I'm sure will be painful but I'm sure you will get there.

Sorry it's painful for you though I suppose that is part of the healing process. Did the hospital give you any exercises to follow?

Very glad to hear that you're back home again and that the operation was successful. Pixie asked me about you in a recent email and is glad for you that you're out of hospital.

Thank you everyone for your expressions of good wishes. Last night I found a waqy of getting some pain-free rest. 1 tot of Brandy, + 10ml Oromorph + 2 x Co-codomol = 4 - 5 hours sleep. Am feeling a little better for that rest this morning.
