Hi Sue I am so pleased to hear Jim is recovering well.
One of the worst things for him will probably be frustration at not being able to remember what items are called.
Until he has speech therapy he may of course find it helpful to write things down or draw pictures.
I think people improve more quickly when they get home and can relax in familiar surroundings around
