When I first meet people I can either like or dislike them....by how they think of animals. If someone loves animals like I do, I immediately like that person.

How they feel about animals tells me a lot about that person. It shows their character.

I think to be liked you've got to like yourself and have confidence in yourself.

Try to treat others as you'd like to be treated yourself.

I tend to like people who love animals .
How ever I tend to love animals more than people barring my own family .
Overseas I made friends now back I don t find people that friendly and to be honest I don't go out of my way to be social either .
However having a dog makes a great difference people around here like to talk to fellow dog owners !
You only have to say what a lovely dog and they are pleased to stop and chat .

I learned to keep a low profile as a child, better to stay out of the limelight, and the need for friendship became less important. I like people to underestimate me.

I was the same with adults Nom....I got on well with kids though. I never felt the need to be liked I don't think it ever occurred to me that people might not like me as a kid I just got on with it.

I agree about animals I'm always wary of people who don't like my cats...I even suggested to a sort of pal if she didn't like them she should give my house a miss because it was their home and I wasn't ejecting them so she could visit I don't see her much now
