Apparently water would last longest as long as you don't expect it to be safe to drink and the infrastructure didn't break down. Electric would go off quick even if we didn't have an EMP or nuclear blast.
Gas would be a big problem and likely to to cause fires and explosions.

If animals were still OK dogs form packs fairly fast. That's one to avoid. And zoo animals might not be secure as electric locks break down and they are hungry.
