I also buy the imitation lobster, which is what I was actually going for today for my wrap, but it was sold out, no more packages left. Humbug.

Your lunch sounds yummy. I love fish, especially fried. I do the same thing when I'm out and I absolutely have to have the fried fish... I usually get a salad or cottage cheese or a broth-based soup in place of the chips. I'm not a huge chip fan anyway, although every once in a while I'll get a taste for them. But most of the time I swap them out for something else.

Well Nom, in my case I don't put on a pound but I don't lose anything either, I just stay the same as always.

Today I had Chicken Breasts and homemade Oven Chips.

I'm staying about the same right now too. My body has done that weird thing, the thing I call "The Tease", where it dropped an additional 3 pounds, but then went right back up to where it was before, lol.

I hate it when it that happens. And that's why I call it The Tease, because one day on the scale I'm like "yay!" and the next time I get on the scale I'm like "oh..."

Is it not a natural part of dieting that you will hit a wall, and may need to adjust again to restart the process. ?

Yep, usually. I sometimes change things up a bit. But most of the time, if I just keep doing what I'm doing and logging my calories, watching my intake, things will eventually start moving again.

I have lost just over 1 and a half stone---but I am so much fitter and healthier--that is a big bonus---coming off slowly-but thats ok by me.

I was out visiting a friend today so tool my own lunch--salmon and tomato sandwich on Hovis--delicious---and tonight, chicken in home made curry sauce with a little cous cous, roasted pepper and tomato--also really tasty--

Yes it's definitely a bonus!

Your meals today sound super delicious. For lunch today I had an ear of white corn from the local farmer's market and tomato-avocado salad. I also ate a slice of homemade honey wheat bread.

Didn't have breakfast, as I often skip it. For supper I'm having a personal size pizza with bacon, onion and pineapple.
