I have a Faceache friend who lives in..Ontario and she said it was -32 the other day. I don't think us UK softies realise how cold that really is.It's not been too bad here, was icy this morning but was quite pleasant this afternoon and evening, around 4 degrees and no wind.
I’ve got the gear for it but even my dogs don’t really want to go for their usual walks. They lift their paws up and look back at me. Of course I lift them up and carry them home. 
It appears that many people throughout the world are going through unusual cold snaps.

Yeah yeah, it's cold. It's winter. Why do old people always to natter and moan about the weather all the time? You've all had more winters than younger folk so you should be used to it by now.Wrap up warm, keep your home warm also, consume hot drinks and eat a good diet. Why do people need to be told about this?
I'm dreading the BBC News when it bloody snows! "Oooh look, some frost on that car over the street...isn't it wintry?. Course it's bloody wintry, it's winter!!

I don't mind the cold, love it.... I get SO excited when it snows! Don't you, even just a little?
