Having just made a date and walnut bread pudding, which I will have some for Tea, my afternoon meal will be light, so I'm thinking a Mushroom Omelette.

I had left over beef stew and dumplings for lunch today so wasn't wanting dinner

Everyone else had sausages, mash, mushrooms and peas

We all had homemade baileys cheesecake

That sounds delicious Ragdoll, do you have a recipe please?

I made ordinary bread pudding last week, still have half in the freezer, but always seem to have a lot of bread to use up as we all like different bread here

Hi Missy, I just use the normal bread pudding recipe but instead of mixed dried fruit (which I'm not a fan of) put dates and walnuts in
