It’s just lamb’s liver which is difficult to get hold of at times, I don’t like other liver. Quite often it can’t be frozen so unable to buy in bulk.
Waitrose sell frozen lambs liver and it is fine if you defrost it in your fridge over night.

Yes Susie, I get it from there when available and it’s lovely. I tend to shop latish in the day and I think it must be very popular!

Cajan Chicken Breasts, 1 roast potato, 1 parsnip, cabbage, swede and gravy.
