Re: What are you having for lunch/dinner?

Yesterday I cooked some Richmond thin sausages, roast potato, parsnip and sweet potato, a couple of chilled yorkies, and had a sort of mini toad. It was lovely. Kept a few sausages back and will maybe have a toasted sos sarnie later. Cooking a spag Bol today for my main meal. That’ll do for a few days.

From the remains of the lamb joint I cooked yesterday will make either a lamb curry or some sort of stir-fry.

Re: What are you having for lunch/dinner?

sounds yummmm~!
I am trying to remove a few tummy pounds, and I like to eat healthy most days, so for dinner I love to saute' mussels or shrimp and then add fresh spinach and either sunflower seeds or almonds seasoned with lots of goodies but no salt(!) May add some feta too for a delicious warm salad.
I also like to lay a tortilla right on the fire (on low) and toast it and then cut it and add olive oil - getting hungry again now - ha!

Since you like Mussels, try this - moule Mariniere.

Didn't get my fish 'n chips yesterday, so that will be my lunch today - with a couple of pickled onions and the vinegar from the onions spooned over the fish 'n chips.
