Back on topic, having seen some young kids and, worse, their parents, I can believe that if they haven't been to school for some time they'd be bound to regress to the level of their parents!It stands to reason. If they have school dinners they are taught to use a knife and fork in the proper manner. It's part of their education.
Back home, they do what their parents do: eat like pigs!
Oh dear. I do sound a little biased, don't I?
