yes- first time at my age - all that rappelling and throwing oneself off rocks -Think i have cracked a rib.
I'm okay muddy, it was just 2 years ago when I had my "accident". Apart from some creaks now and then if I make a wrong move, things work okay. I have some neat scars I can show off too You were brave to go canyonning, I watch where I put my feet these days.

Good luck PS.
Give you a chance to gather your thoughts which hopefully will lead to the odd sensible post.
Looking on the bright side, I hope you are not having your backside wiping hand immobilised, as something we take for granted can be missed so much when it is taken away from us, and I am talking from experience.

Ooooohhh matey that sounds really nasty and painful!!! - Having been under knife in hospital on a number of occasions myself, I can empathise. If the pain becomes too bad, remember to tell the Doctors and Nurses OROMORPH - liquid morphine !!!

Good luck with your recuperation matey!!!

Re: Pumicestone hobbled

Hello Pummie, sorry I've missed this thread, you will be on the road to recovery now and the worse bits are behind you. Make sure you don't 'lean too much to the right' and stay away from the tennis court for a while. Just think, I can say what I like about you and can't answer back.....

Hope everything is okay though and I hope you have a painfree and speedy recovery.
all the best mate.
