Hi Pummy, I had a piece of bone removed from my shoulder 2 years ago and , with help from the painkillers , it wasn't too bad......till I had to start Physio therapy! Sadly you need to do as you are told, and I am sure that won't be easy for you, but I wish you well and hope you will be back with us soon.

Hey, Does this mean that the next time we cross swords on a thread, I will have a better chance of winning.

Hi PS, good to see you putting a post in now. Brief it was, but I'm sure over time you will be able to sort everybody out and put them in their places. I hope you haven't got too much pain, but hopefully you have pain relief of some sort, and any pain and discomfort should reduce over time.

Keep all your chins up ! It looks as if you have quite a fan club awaiting on your return to full 'annoy mode'.
