Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)

Evening, Not been too bad a day weatherwise just the odd wee shower of rain. Faffed about here most of the day just not in the mood for anything at all, getting more and more depressed at this Brexit carry on and certain members having a swipe at us in Scotland....again.

Evening. It stayed dry today thank goodness. Bought a couple of T shirts in M&S and some fruit. Went for the train and they were all delayed, so it was the bus home grr.

Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)

Morning, I seldom travel by train nowadays, I find they are not reliable, not always able to get a seat, and way over priced..
Dull and overcast here but still dry, just dropped the dog off at the Groomers to get his coat cut, He shot me a very dirty look as I left lol.

Good morning everybody. Roxy its the quickest way into Glasgow for me, if I'm meeting friends. Otherwise I don't mind taking the bus. A little bit of housework today and some ironing, then the fishmongers for a slice of lemon sole.

Mmmm I love Lemon Sole, I always squeeze fresh Lemon Juice over it just before I serve it.

Good luck to everyone marching for independence in Edinburgh later. I’m not able to be there in person today, but I will be with you in spirit. Have a great day. And be in no doubt - independence is coming. #indyref

Had a look at some posts while I was here and I see rentagob
has compared the Country of Scotland to 'A BOROUGH OF THE UK'

Have a great weekend Everyone and I'll see Ye A' soon xx

Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)

Hi May, Good to see you again. I saw that message from Nicola too, Several of my friends are at that Gathering today, I keep getting text updates. lol. But it's just too far for us to travel and too soon after us going to the Perth one. It will be a great day though AND Tommy Sheridan is one of the speakers, that will be a cracking speech lol. I looked at the Newspapers in the shop this morning, not a word about it in the English ones but the National has a grand story....Bloody Typical of the English Rags.

Good morning everybody. Been raining here but looks like it will stop soon. Hi May good to see you popping in. Just been in to feed my neighbours cat, she's gone to Pitlochary for the weekend with her sister. Hoover is looking at me but it can wait.

Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)

Afternoon, Not nice here today, cold, wet, windy add to that dark. Apart from walking the dog I've not poked my nose outside at all. My hoovers brushes have stopped turning but I'm not in the mood to strip it down and clear any blockage....not today.
