Is the conflict between the Palestinians and Israelis as it seems though? It certainly wasn't something I had much of an understanding of until I read up on it.

Having read 'Because They Hate' by Brigitte Gabriel she mentioned that she was astonished at the treatment she received from the Israelis as she had been taught they were monsters. She managed to escape her torment by fleeing there. Apparently the Palestinians are fed hateful propaganda more or less nonstop whereas the Israelis are far more modern and understanding. Don't take my word for it read the book. And when you consider that it was written so recently it must carry a lot of weight.
