if she has not taken any medication, if she needs it, can make them a little unbalanced. Her husband must know what she is like so kept well out of it.Legally you are entitled to a proper receipt for any money paid for goods or services. Even for a newspaper from a shop. The receipt should clearly state the amount paid received by and dated. She is supplying a service but letting the property to you.
Always pays with anything to read the contract carefully before signing even though it appears there is a need to rush it.

A narcissist, you bet, the world revolves around here while she sits on a sofa recliner doing nothing but play on the computer. She does not cook, she does not clean, she brags that her hubby enjoys doing it all.I only talk to her occasionally when I am unable to make it up the stairs without seeing her hand waving me in to come for a chat. These chats involve her talking, me listening. This is the first problem I have had with her in the short time I have been here and it does stem from the fact that she has been told in issuing the receipt it was not done properly.
Sweet as pie....you hit that nail on the head Annie. She would like us to stay on but I have a good excuse for moving on. I simply cannot take anymore of listening to the foul screaming language every time her daughter comes daily....like mother, like daughter. Add a constantly yapping dog to the mix arrrrrrr, 3 weeks to go.

Apricot, my last month is paid but as you say I am a bit worried. With people like this you never know if they would try to make up damage.But her hubby is an ok guy and he would be the one to look over the apartment.....I cannot in my wildest dreams see her getting off that recliner of hers to climb the stairs for a look....I think she sleeps in the darn thing, tablet on her lap.
