Re: My Dad Today

LQ its so sad that people like your Dad (and many more of us) are confined to our homes and not able to do so many things when we should be enjoying these last years.

It is heartening to see your Dad is making the best of things thank him will you please for contributing to our entertainment

Re: My Dad Today

What a star, I have many skills, but I can't play the keyboard, or the guitar, two things I'd really love to do. considering his age, and you say his eyesight problems, and no doubt he's probaby got other issues, he should be held up as an example to all these young people who refuse to do anything, or learn anything.
All power to the old guy, he may have his problems but he clearly isn't sat on his arse moaning about them. The youth of today could learn a lot from people like him.
