John Napier - inventor of logarithms.

I could go on.....
I'd say that was a pretty legitimate reason to be proud of your country.

Now that's impressive! Surely, it must make one proud to be British (or English!), and it's encouraging to see that inventions are still being made in this country.

That list must really upset some anti-British people who seem to find fault with everything to do with this country these days.

My son says the same Nom,he says we are not the influential Countre any more ,other Countries look down on us
