Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)

Good morning everybody. A lot cooler here today. Roxy I take it your doggie rolled in something he shouldn't have. May it sounds like you had a great day out down the coast.

Morning, Can't sleep again Woke up yesterday choked with the cold, can't believe it, spent the day feeling horrid, coughing, sneezing and eyes pouring. Not feeling much better now. Still dark out but I think it's meant to be a not too bad a day. I expect I'll go back to bed once Himself heads out for work, and I can get to spread out and get comfortable.
Have a nice day..

Morning All, A lot cooler today and quite foggy but it's coming in off the sea and I expect it will burn off soon. Still full of the cold and very tired, another quiet day for me.
Well Boris is on his way up here today, that'll be a fun visit....Not. Even Ruth Davidson won't support him. WOW.
He needs to walk about and talk to the real Scottish people, find out how feelings are about him and his government, not meet an audience of Tory Twonks.

Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)

Afternoon all, heavy rain this morning has given way to a beautiful, sunny afternoon. Unfortunately the ground is far too wet now for me to get the much need grass cutting done. One more week to go and hopefully the landscapers will be in - lets hope they don't delay again! Rain this morning meant I could shampoo the carpets instead so I suppose that's a good job done. Not sure what the rest of the week looks like but fingers crossed for a dry day or two so that I can get on with some garden work.

Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)

A rowdy crowd of around 200 anti-Brexit and pro-independence protesters heckled Mr Johnson as He entered Bute House.

On his visit north of the border Mr Johnson insisted he wanted to ensure no corner of the country is left behind and stressed his desire to "renew the ties that bind our United Kingdom."

After he did not emerge from the main door, on-duty police confirmed to the Edinburgh Evening News the Tory leader had left quietly using the back entrance of the building.

Oh dear!!...Baw Jaws had to leave by the tradesmens back door..good enough for Him

Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)

I saw that on the STV News at six. We were having dinner while it was on, both of us almost choked when they said he had to leave by the back door. Fair made my day.

Just been on my other place where it's also being discussed. This from one of them.

There are many of us in England who don't want to renew the ties that bind England to financing the entire UK.
We want rid of Scotland, Wales & N Ireland & the sooner the better.

I think some will be getting a right shock when we do leave and we take our oil with us.
