Happy Thursday Folk

A roman mosaic roughly 2,000 years old which was excavated at Stanwick lakes where it is now on display.
Off out pub lunching and doing our weekly shop today. I imagine the shops will be mobbed again.

Which is precisely why I will be going nowhere near the shops anytime soon. Apart from minor odds and sods which I still need to get, have managed to do all my Xmas shopping 'on-line' and had it all safely delivered to me, thus avoiding getting pushed, shoved and trampled in the inevitable rush to do Xmas shopping. BTW, Alan matey - nice Mosaic.

Good morning everyone. Had to laugh at your photo Alan. Me being Me thought it was your rug with paint dropped on it from the decorators last week.
Off to the glaucoma clinic today. Most boring visit ever. Feel like getting drunk before I go but wont be. Well done to the MP3 player inventor
I would go mad just sitting there for hours without it.

Good morning. Had to laugh at BE! Good luck at Glaucoma clinic. I know all about long waits. Last week got through a big chunk of my library book.

Off out back to opticians today, as a screw came out of my reading glasses (yes, already had the screw loose joke!).

Morning everyone, just a touch of frost overnight but warming up now that it's clouded over...

We are clipping the dogs today, Oscar is done already and just having a welcome coffee before starting on Alfie. Cold cuts and bubble and squeak for lunch.. (Us that is, not the dogs )

Cold and frosty here, with a lingering mist.
I too thought your photo was a damaged rug at first Alan
Waiting for a grocery delivery and a couple of bits I ordered for presents, ordering online has been a blessing for us this year.

Good morning all, another nice day here, I was out in the garden earlier and I couldn't believe how mild it was, dandelions still flowering until I pulled the heads off them, freaky weather.
Take it easy and no rushing about, not good for you Folks.
