Been invited out to our daughter's this evening for drinks and nibbles. I won't be drinking as I'll be driving........ah well, there's still the peanuts !

Good morning Alan matey and everyone to follow. I too have an invitation from one of my neighbour's to attend a 'nibbles & drinks' evening this evening, so will have to go shopping again later today to buy some nibbles and a bottle of something - I positively can't go empty-handed can I???

Morning all, mild here after a very windy night..

Off to Leicester today for lunch with son and DIL and her parents at the local pub. Not met her parents before so we are looking forward to that..

I can't imagine what would exactly constitute "nibbles" for you UJ...

Watching telly in bed at the moment, catch up tv.

Off to the cemetery today, it's mum's birthday. Then lunch at younger sister's. late, about 3ish, not a good time for me, it's inbetween lunch and dinner times!!!

Good morning fellow members a bright day after a wet night and still quite mild.

I am going to see Snow White with the three little ones this afternoon, it will be there first visit to a Pantomime and should be fun.

So I need to get my jobs done and have an early lunch.
