I hadn't planned on bothering this year (first year I've felt that way) and then my son announced he is coming here for Christmas dinner again (I really thought his wife would have turned the screw on that) so I will be cooking a traditional Christmas dinner but that's about it really.
I look at the Christmas lights in the house over the road and think 'that looks nice but I just can't be arsed'
After son has gone (no doubt we'll take the dogs out), I shall watch some films and then, I might even have a bubble bath - it all depends on how I feel (and that's the great thing about it all)
I should have finished with my visit to the children by 10am before the in-laws arrive ( they are lovely people , but I prefer to be on my own ) then the day will be mine
I am looking forward to a good walk with Chloe dog and possibly a lunch of watercress and cheese tart and salad with a couple of glasses of good wine .
There is organic pork in the freezer but I don't feel like it really.
