The Weather
Hi
Yesterday we were the wettest part of the country.
https://www.shropshirestar.com/news/...s-wreak-havoc/
The garden was a complete mess and been out clearing up.
We are now having another thunderstorm and water is running off the roads and the plants are getting battered again.
The great british summer, lights on in the house and the gutters overflowing.

Re: The Weather
It has been a reasonably sunny warm day here.
We had our torrential storm over the weekend and thankfully my plants survived.
I feel sorry for those who have had their garden ruined by the weather.

Mostly sunny here. Not enough sun actually.

Re: The Weather
The rain's coming down in sheets here as I type ... with non stop rumbles now heading off into the distance ... heading to Twink's house I think.

It was absolutely glorious here this afternoon Susan ... I'm surprised myself at the sudden change.

Same here Susan, but we have rain and thunder forecast for during the night apparently.

Re: The Weather
I love a thunderstorm and I can actually feel the lightening energy vibrate through my body . It scares me but amazes me too .
Weve had no rain since last Saturday. Just lying in bed looking out and the sun is high again here

Rain? Hummmph! You don't need rain to mess up your garden.
