Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)

Morning All, Not raining here at the moment so heading out a bit early with the dog. Got stable duties when we return so a busy morning ahead. Making a big pot of soup this afternoon and then some ironing.
Jess I've had borderline diabetes for several years and attended a clinic check by the practice every six months before the March Lockdown. I finally got to speak to my own Doctor about this leg n back pain and as well as changing my medication she made me an appointment to get my bloods checked.

Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)

Good morning ladies been raining here this morning. I made soup the other day and put it in the freezer, will have some for lunch. Still have ironing to do but it can wait. A few years ago I was feeling dizzy and was given one of those machines to check my blood pressure. I was told it was fine but I would have to go back and get it checked still waiting but I'm feeling fine.

Oh bloody hell Paula, what an awful thing to happen. I worry about my own daughter as she's in a Doctors Surgery and she sees patients in her office. Every time she phones my hearts in my mouth.
Fingers crossed that your daughter will have a very mild dose or the test is wrong, as I understand many are.

Roxy , it just makes you realize that there's nothing more precious or important than your health, the worst thing is you can't even get to be with her , I am praying like I've never prayed before

Thank you both for asking, she was due to have her jab tomorrow, I spoke to her this morning and she says she's fine ...it's her taste and smell that's affected. I think if you test positive that you have now to wait 4 weeks before you can be vaccinated....

HMMMM, Not sure about that, suggest your lass gives her GP Surgery a quick call. The reception should be able to tell her. Glad to hear she's doing ok..

Pop over to the Pets Threads and have a wee look at my Maggie's puppes video. That will cheer you up a bit. Will be posting more shortly as they got older.

Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)

Paula I'm not sure how it goes with the vaccine with people who've tested positive. Roxy had a look at your pups and they are gorgeous. Never went out the door today, did some ironing and a few other things.
